We master the complexity of Systems Engineering of rail projects where the product or service is dependent on the interaction of several correlating systems; i.e. rolling stock, signaling system, wayside IT, maintenance, depot, trackside and environment.
Early Stages and Procurement
We are experienced in early stages from pre-procurement through the procurement phase to contract award; setting the technical and commercial approach for rolling stock investments and operations. We perform several rolling stock procurement assignments on both supplier and client side, managing strategic priorities and constraints on both sides for a successful vehicle investment.
Project Execution
We are experienced in project execution and contract management of large and complex rolling stock projects, both new vehicle deliveries and upgrade projects. We manage project management of projects and programs as well as specialized areas in technical and commercial disciplines.
